Housemate is a UK-based property maintenance brand created to make home care feel simple, approachable, and trustworthy. The project was built around the idea that maintenance services can communicate reliability while still feeling clear, friendly, and easy to connect with.
The visual identity takes a slightly vintage, fun, and energetic approach, bringing the idea of "approachable authority" to a market that is usually represented by generic, rigid, and corporate visuals. Rounded shapes, expressive illustrations, and bold yet warm colors create a brand that feels confident and professional.
